Take it Like a Man?

Winner-winner-chicken-dinner was not the case this weekend. I just received notice that I did NOT make it into the Art Barn Holiday Show. Ouch. I was banking on it too, literally. Nope, just feeling like a big loser today. I'm trying to 'take it like a man' but it's not really working.

Of course, on the upside, I was also notified that one of my photographs in Flickr was chosen to be published in the newly released ninth edition of the Schmap San Diego Guide.I have no idea how they found my photo in the first place or who even uses this program that I've never heard of, but I was flattered anyway.
